CAP Workforce Development Institute is a vocational training provider with a presence in india and kenya. Its sister concern, CAP Youth Empowerment Institute, has been operating as a vocational and an employability skills training provider in kenya for over six years now, having trained over 18,000 youth across sectors.

With its recent foray into training in the healthcare sector, CAP has now established a service named "Angel Aide", to offer a home based patient care service. This at-home caregiver service is ideally suited for:

  • Those who are bedridden
  • Elderly who need physical assistance in their homes
  • Those who need post-surgical care
  • Those who are terminally ill
  • Anyone who needs physical assistance at home after discharge from a medical facility

Our caregivers will assist the care recipient with all activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, consumption of food and medication, toileting) and also accompany them on outdoor trips or visits to the hospital.

Angel Aide caregivers undergo a training program of 3 months duration which includes theory, practicals and on-the-job training
Angel Aide caregivers are trained to assist patients with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, consumption of food and medication, toileting assistance and mobility assistance and recording/reporting vital signs
They also undergo practical training and learn from hands-on experience with patients during the training period
All candidates are in possession of government issued identity proof
